(And if you’re a mix of a few, or feel like we missed your unique angle, let us know where you fit!) - The AI Innovators & Tech Builders: Forward-thinking founders and technical consultants who are building cutting-edge, tech-forward platforms, ranging from AI-powered social media operating systems to operational problem-solving tools (e.g., @Lucia Valdivia, @Gordana Stanišić, @Gamaliel Garcia). It's incredibly rewarding when you find a peer in this group working on the exact same complex technical challenge, allowing you to instantly trade notes on infrastructure and AI integration. - The High-Impact Corporate Scale-Ups: Seasoned, bilingual executives and PMP-certified project leaders coming from heavily regulated industries like healthcare and education, focusing on cross-functional execution and expanding critical access to care and community resources (e.g., @Carlos Chacon, @Araceli Ruiz OClair). - The Mission-Driven & Community Impact Founders: Culturally rooted entrepreneurs building specialized, heart-led businesses dedicated to social good, family wellness, and lifting up others through vulnerable life transitions (e.g., @Jennifer Osorio, @Ezra Hernandez). - The Operational System Engineers: Detail-oriented specialists and coaches focused on building highly efficient organizational frameworks, specialized team dynamics, and business workflows optimized for neurodivergent brains (e.g., @Thalia Luque, @Valeria Lopez, @Renata Escalante).

AI Business Opportunities
Hello Comunidad, AI is not just a software revolution. It is a business transformation revolution. Over the next decade, trillions of dollars in value will be unlocked as small and medium businesses adopt AI to improve operations, customer service, marketing, logistics, decision-making, and productivity. But most businesses will not know where to start. The real opportunity is not just building AI tools. It’s helping companies integrate AI into real-world business processes. That means we will need a new generation of AI consultants — people skilled in: • Process management • AI integration • Workflow redesign • Change management • Human adoption and trust-building And this is where the Latino community has a massive opportunity. Many Latino-owned businesses may hesitate to adopt AI unless the person guiding them understands their culture, language, fears, and realities. Trust will matter as much as technology. This creates a trillion-dollar opportunity for culturally connected entrepreneurs, operators, educators, and consultants who can bridge the gap between AI capability and human transformation. The future will not belong only to the people who build AI. It will belong to the people who help society adopt it. Watch this short video below to start understanding the opportunity!

This is precisely the area I'm most interested in, systems thinking with AI.
Built in Puerto Rico: What It Actually Takes to Scale from the Island
Everyone talks about Puerto Rico as an emerging startup ecosystem. But far fewer people talk about the realities of actually building from the island. The operational challenges. The talent gaps. The fundraising friction. The logistics of scaling between Puerto Rico and the mainland. The decisions founders make behind the scenes that never show up in a pitch deck. That’s exactly what we’re unpacking in Episode 2 of the Angeles Puerto Rico Forum. We’re bringing together three founders actively building in Puerto Rico across different industries and growth stages: - Meghan Wood, Co-Founder & CEO of Raya Power - Jonathan Soto-Nieves, Founder & CEO of iTerra Solutions - Charles Masters Rodriguez, Founder & CEO of Supply Veins This won’t be a surface-level conversation about “potential.” We’re talking about: - Scaling companies from Puerto Rico - Hiring and retaining talent - Raising capital from mainland investors - Building across the island-mainland corridor - What investors still misunderstand about Puerto Rico - Why these founders chose to stay and build here Puerto Rico is producing serious founders and serious companies. The ecosystem is evolving quickly, but the conversations around it need to mature too. If you’re an investor, founder, operator, ecosystem builder, or simply curious about where innovation in Puerto Rico is headed, join us for Episode 2.
