Anybody else do their best thinking at night when the noise dies down?
Iโ€™m looking at my Skool like a camp setup: whatโ€™s pulling its weightโ€ฆ and whatโ€™s just taking up space. If you had to cut ONE thing from your community tomorrow to make it run cleaner (offer, content, features, whatever) โ€” what are you cutting? What would you keep no matter what?

@Jan Schmaranzer right now it's just a voice note about how to navigate the territories within the community and how there's not any specific formula or roadmap. They need to follow just going where it feels right. What I'm doing is super experimental so I'm trying to make sure everybody understands the terrain before I get into the deeper stuff. I do a lot of really hard hard-core, subconscious, reorganization, and cognitive architecture upgrades and I'm trying to warm everybody up to that before we get "into the business" shall we say? lol.

I have not bumped into anyone that seems "unapproachable" and everyone seems pretty chill and nice that I have conversed with so far. I am down to make some friends, but I am still fairly new here and those things may take a little time.
How to get 5 clients in 5 minutes
DM this to your top 5 most engaged Skool members. (look at your leaderboard) By the way, do you know anybody who is (describe their struggles) looking to (dream outcome) in (time delay)? Iโ€™m taking on five case studies for free, because thatโ€™s all I can handle. I just want to get some testimonials for my service/product. I help them (dream outcome) without (effort and sacrifice). It works. I even guarantee people get (dream outcome) or I work with them until they do. I just had a girl named XXX work with me (dream outcome) even though she (describe the same struggle your contact has). I also had another guy who (dream outcome) and it was his first time. Iโ€™d just like more testimonials to show it works across different scenarios. Does anyone you like come to mind? (Pause if on the phone) โ€ฆand if they say noโ€ฆHaha, wellโ€ฆdoes anyone you hate come to mind? (ha) This helps break any awkwardness. Note: Weโ€™re not asking them to buy anything. Weโ€™re asking if they know anyone. Since you didnโ€™t ask them to buy anything, you donโ€™t come off as pushy. And of the people who say yes, most say they are interested. Some people will show interest in your stuff. Some will refer you to those who might. Some will do both. In all three outcomes, you win. And you win without pushing anything on anyone. I don't know about five but maybe I could do three after my next group graduates but yeah I see what you're saying here and it makes sense. I kind of worked backwards in this sense that several of the people in my community are graduates of a couple of different programs that I created and worked on with them to develop that I ended up selling to another coach, but them being in my community is a form of aftercare for them so that I can keep an eye on them and still support their journeys, but totally backwards from this example specifically and apparently backwards is how I work these days lol. I see this totally working for people with communities that haven't figured out how to assemble all the pieces of the offer in the social proof and all the stuff because that's just a lot of components... case studies are one of the best ways to get your social proof and testimonials and things like that super important to remember to get these case studies to sign releases, allowing you to talk about pseudo anonymized aspects of the work you do with them to give you additional social proof content, and things like that to illustrate the value you bring and the style of work.

@Jack Robinson The current group wraps on the between the 20-26th of this month. Iโ€™m rebuilding the delivery model to be more renewable, sustainable and scalable. so Iโ€™ll likely test the next version as a 7-21 day case study sprint with 3 people max before opening anything bigger.
