I've been getting a little discourage. So I've been calling experian and Equifax for almost 2 weeks now. When I call experian and request to be transferred to the "special handling department" they transfer me to an automatic system which is not helpful at all. And Equifax when I request for them to transfer me the phone will ring over and over, and basically I'm Bach at square 1 again. At this point I don't know what to do. I want this charge off gone asap 😩

So I sent out 2 forgiveness letter for 2 late payments on my 2 cards. Capital One responded and stated they could not give me the courtesy ☹️. Then I have a charge off that recently closed that was settled, I sent round 1 letters to trans, Equifax and experian. Only TransUnion replied and basically left me at a stand still. I need this charge off deleted asap. It’s holding me back

1.dispute personal info 2. make round 1 letter (send it to me for review if needed) 3.then 7 day deletion method on accounts under the collection section 4. call in to dispute inquiries over the phone.
