Given your incredible obstacle proficiency, you'll be right at home mastering advanced techniques for both 100m sprint obstacles and cross-country OCR preparation. Our elite coaches will be on hand to sharpen your obstacle technique, teach you crucial injury prevention strategies, and optimize your strength and conditioning. On August 10 at Movement Altitude, we're also offering a Level 1 Coaching Certification Training.
