Maybe Nothing Is Asking You to Become Anything
We’re remarkably comfortable with change—as long as it gives us someone new to become. A higher version. A freer version. A more aligned version. Same protagonist. Better wardrobe. That’s the trick. The old self doesn’t need to resist change. It can simply become the new self. Becoming can look like transformation while quietly preserving the one thing that was never questioned: the one who needs the next version. Remarkably adaptable, that one. It can survive almost anything. Even transformation. Maybe nothing is asking you to become anything. Maybe what is falling away doesn’t need a successor.

Struggling
Hi guys , i am really struggling with letting go, i feel like its an o going pattern that os ruining my life and finding super hard to change particularly when its controlling the outcome im trying to state a boundary and stick to it but then the fear comes n that the boundary wont be met
Maybe the hard part isn’t letting go. It’s wanting to let go while still needing a particular outcome.
Self Growth And Awareness
If you could go back and give your past self one piece of wisdom about letting go of limitations, what would it be?

I’d leave him alone. He already had enough trouble without his future self showing up as a life coach. 😉
Spiritual information overload
I don’t know if someone among you have experienced this, but I wannna share it. For the last year I was working on myself internally a I was watching all this spiritual content and reading spiritual books. It helped me a ton that for sure but on the other hand I was so filled with information that it became living hell. I was so insecure if I everything doing right, if I integrating all what I learned and I was thinking so much about those informations that I was like kinda beating myself that I dont understand everything and also I had big desire to understand every spiritual idea and concept that it became obsession and my selfworth started to depend on how I understand it and what can I do more, how can I use all of my potential, am I doing it right, what I can do better, do I meditate right, do I meditate enough, do I know enough and also I was feeling shame because I know all this information but I’m not living it, I’m just drawning in this content… I wanted to let go of it all that time, but I had insecureties even in letting go itself. So how can I let go of insecurieties about letting go?… I did radical desicion and I basiclly decided to “let go of spirituality”, which was basiclly letting go of spiritual ego. I stopped listen, read and watch all the spiritual content and I even stopped meditate. The only meditation I did was just me with the candle flame doing frame technique. After month I’m slowly returning to the meditation but I’m not gonna learn new spiritual ideas because I’m still fragile in this area of life. I feel like not many people talk about this, so I wanned to share it. If you have something to say about it or if you experienced it and you have some advice let me know👾👾✌️❤️ PS: I have learned that thinking about spiritual information isn’t spiritual at all. Spiritual is learning how to not think
Your PS is interesting. You let go of a whole library of spiritual rules, and one seems to have slipped back in through the side door: “spiritual is learning how not to think.” 😉 Maybe the deeper letting go begins when even spirituality is no longer something you have to get right.
Lonely
Speaking of patterns I keep loosing friends and ending up alone. Tell me how to keep friendships alive

I’d look closely at the word “losing.” If every friendship that ends gets counted as a loss, very different endings start to look like the same story. Some may show a pattern worth seeing; others may simply have reached their end. The real question may be which is which—not how to keep them all alive.
