Welcome to a community built on growth, shared wisdom, and the belief that it’s never too late to create meaningful change. As this group grows, we’ll continue adding new resources, insights, and opportunities—drawing from successful leaders, experienced professionals, and everyday people who simply understand the power of community and vision. You’ll see ideas, tools, and conversations evolve here because this space is designed to grow with all of us. Be sure to read the Start up module in the classroom or GO HERE My name is Mike Trusty, and as a senior, I’ve learned that time brings a different kind of knowledge—not just “smart” knowledge, but experience knowledge. For years, procrastination held me back. But once I stepped across that line and took action, I began to see possibilities everywhere. I took the vision I had been learning (and am still learning) and turned it into something real. I come from a community that changed my life—and the lives of thousands of others—so I understand firsthand the power of people coming together with purpose. If you’re new here, we’d love for you to introduce yourself when you feel comfortable. Share your story, your goals, or simply what brought you here. This is a place where your voice matters, your experience matters, and your future matters. Together, we’re not just building skills or income—we’re building legacy.
