I have a question about my starter.
I just started my sourdough starter and I was wondering, how many days do I have to do this “throw all my starter away and keep the 60g”? Do I have to do this everytime I feed my starter even past day 4-7? Thank in advance. 😊

@Candi Brown-McGriff perfect! I have a pretty cold environment around this time. Hot and dry in the summer. I live in Jersey. Right now I have it in the oven with the light on because I don’t know how it’ll be left over night on the counter.. I want to buy a proofer but I’m not sure if its worth it or not..
