Hard stuck diamond with 1.6k+ hours and can't get past D2 I don't even know what to train anymore

I'm hard stuck D1- D2 and have 1.2k almost 1.3k hours and can't rank up fast I'm not very mechanical so what should I work on machenics game SENCE or positioning

What should I be learning my ground mechs are perfect for a higher rank then me but I'm not great at any mechs off the wall I am D1 almost D2 and I have 1.2k almost 1.3k hours

I have over 1k hours and am only D1 any tips for what I could be learning most of it is games and free play

I'm not very mechanical but I am more mental
