Thanks for sharing, Adriano - great case, and a lot resonates. Like asking people upfront for what's not working and seeing it go into a spiral of negativity and despair! I'd start with a session to anchor and reinforce shared purpose and positive stuff before opening up the can of worms e.g. shared discussions around - why I got into this work in the first place, my proudest moments, what's most important to me about my work etc...

Hello!!
I’m Dustin, originally from UK, now based in Dubai. I’ve been an expat for 20 years and have lived in UAE, Singapore, Pakistan and Australia. I’ve spent most of that time fascinated by the messy beauty of organisations - the patterns, power plays and politics - and my own part in this drama. I joined this community to be stretched, challenged, and to learn alongside people who are equally curious about how change really works. Some goals: - For myself: dial up my influence, step into my role as a change-maker and stop dodging the discomfort of holding power. More courage, less corporate diplomacy. - For others: in my role as coach and developer to better support others as they navigate the circus of organisational life, deal with change, competing commitments and issues of power and politics. - For my role - make culture change real and vital - not just a vague HR nicety - by engaging 100+ middle managers in experiments that actually shift behaviour and have tangible business value.
