🚨VOICE AGENT ISSUE:
Hey everyone, I'm currently building a voice agent using Vapi and Retell with Google Calendar integration. The agent is performing really well overall: - Speaks naturally and politely - Stays focused on the conversation - Answers questions correctly - Successfully books appointments on Google Calendar However, I'm running into an issue with rescheduling and cancellation. When I ask the agent to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it confidently responds with something like: "Your appointment has been cancelled." or "Your appointment has been rescheduled." But when I check Google Calendar, the original appointment is still there and nothing has actually changed. So my question for those of you who are actively using Vapi or Retell: - Do their built-in Google Calendar integrations fully support appointment cancellation and rescheduling? - Or is the integration mainly designed for booking new appointments? - Do I need to build additional automation/workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or custom API calls to properly handle cancellations and reschedules? I'd love to hear how others have solved this problem and what architecture you're using in production. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Two paths into AI work (which one is yours?)
Most YouTubers show you a single path into AI work: start an automation agency → take clients → sell automations. It works. I know because I built an AI automation agency and sold it. But it's not the only way in, and for a lot of you it's not even the best one. I made this video to break down the two real paths: The AI Career Opportunity Nobody is Talking About in 2026 Here's the quick version: Path A is the agency play. You go independent, take clients, build your own practice. Path B is the employment play. You become the most AI-fluent person in the room, and that's who companies want to hire or promote for AI work. If you're already employed, you become the obvious pick when an AI role opens. If you're looking to get hired, or move somewhere better, you walk in with real work instead of just claims. It's the less obvious path, but it's actually the more common one. The employment numbers (see the video) are shocking actually. Watch the full breakdown in the video. Then do one thing for me in the comments because I'm super curious: Tell me which path you are on. A, B, or both. And one line or so on why. I'll be reading these. Nate

How Experts Actually Design Automations
How Experts Actually Design Automations Beginners design automations like this: Trigger → Action → Done Experts design them like this: Trigger → Check → Decide → Act → Verify → Log Example: Lead comes in → Check if lead already exists → Decide if it's new or returning → Send message → Wait for reply → Stop follow-ups if response arrives → Log outcome The difference? Beginners automate tasks. Experts automate decisions and safety. 😲questions:-> 1. at which things you're working now ? 2. what's most hard part to handle in your work ? 3. how you're building you're agents ? 4. any add-ons / suggestions ? 5. Which point is more useful for you?
