Happy Birthday Quentin 🎉🎂🥳 I watched your video on your Cheat Code, and this mimics what I’ve been working on, that is using AI tools to scrape County data, stack to find multiple distress points, skip trace, and have a Bot SMS, interact, and setup appointments. This is when I step-in and initiate the first call to confirm the appointment and introduce myself. At the appointment is when I deep dive and get to the real problems and offer solutions. I’m still developing the automation, but based upon your video - sounds like we are establishing similar processes. Love it Bro. !!! 😎
