I just finished up my first AI based music album which releases next month. Over in Goose's group someone asked me to make a workshop on how to do it--at least the AI song writing part. You don’t have to carry the whole world on your shoulders. 🌎💗 You can start with the little piece of the world that is right around YOU. 🌱✨ Peace can begin in your home. 🏡 Peace can begin at school. 🎒 Peace can begin with your friends. 🫶 Peace can even begin inside your own heart. 💓 Here are 4 Peaceful Liberator Superpowers! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️🕊️ 🌬️ 1. PAUSE BEFORE YOU PANIC When something sounds scary… STOP. 🛑 BREATHE. 🌬️ LOOK AROUND. 👀 ASK QUESTIONS. 🤔 You don’t have to react to everything right away. Sometimes being peaceful means saying: ✨ “I’m going to calm down before I decide what I think.” That’s a superpower. 💪💗 🔎 2. BECOME A TRUTH DETECTIVE Not everything we hear online, on TV, or from other people is completely true. 📱📺 So put on your imaginary detective hat! 🕵️‍♀️🎩 Ask: 🤔 “How do we know this?” 👀 “Is there another side to the story?” 📚 “Where did this information come from?” 💬 “What does someone who disagrees think?” You don’t have to believe everything. You also don’t have to fight with everyone who thinks differently. You can stay curious. 🌈🧠✨ 🤝 3. PRACTICE PEACE IN REAL LIFE Imagine if everyone waited for world leaders to create peace. That could take a while. 😅 So let’s practice it ourselves! Peace might look like: 👂 Listening when someone is talking. 💗 Saying sorry when you hurt someone. 🗣️ Talking instead of yelling. 🤗 Helping someone who feels left out. 🌈 Being kind to someone who is different from you. 🧘 Taking a break when you’re too angry to talk kindly. Every little peaceful choice matters. 🌱🌍 💞 4. STAY CLOSE TO WHAT YOU LOVE When the world feels confusing, come back to the things that remind you that life is beautiful. ✨
