Drew. Very new to ALL OF THIS. But, over the past few years God has been speaking to me that youth ministry is my calling and it presented itself quite perfectly recently so here I am. We won’t even have our first meeting until December so I’m here for all the wisdom available. I’m originally from Jackson County, WV. A series of nowheres, mostly, but it was a good place to grow up. Moved around a bit in my adult years and have landed in Richmond, VA. Wife, 4 kids, cat, and several guitars. I’ve always been into playing music, skateboarding, bmx, and snowboarding. I never got into much anything else sports-wise. I played basketball growing up and coach an Upward team or two every season. Our pastors moved to RVA at almost the same time we did. It was kind of destiny that we met and got connected when and how we did. That’s a story for another time. That said, our church is very very new. Another story for another time. 🤙🏻 I tend to ramble and could go on forever but I think this pretty solidly serves as an introduction. You’ve been warned, I guess?
