Quick reminder from the garden this morning— Last night’s storm was no joke. But nothing quit. The blooms didn’t wait for perfect weather. They just kept going. That’s what consistency looks like. Not pretty. Not controlled. But still showing up. 🌱 That’s where real growth happens.

I went out to check on my strawberries and realized… they didn’t just grow—they spread. Everywhere. At first, it looks messy. Like something got out of control. But that’s actually what strawberries are supposed to do. They don’t stay where you plant them. They send out runners, root in new places, and keep going. And if you understand that… you can turn one plant into many. There’s something in that beyond the garden too. Growth doesn’t always look neat. Sometimes it shows up in ways you didn’t plan. But that doesn’t mean it’s wrong. It just means it’s time to decide what to do with it.

There’s a version of you that doesn’t quit. That doesn’t shrink. That doesn’t wait for permission. She’s already there. Sometimes life, injuries, doubt, and everything in between just… bury her for a while. But she’s still there. Every workout…Every step back outside…Every time you choose to keep going instead of stopping… You’re not becoming her. 👉 You’re uncovering her. This piece was created to remind you of that.
