Welcome in. There are 70 days left in 2026, and in here we finish things. Not start them, finish them. Here is how it works. ~ The Goal Finish at least 10 things for your business between October 22 and December 31. That is one a week. Want more? Do 20, which is two a week, or 70, which is one a day. Anything past 10 is gravy. ~ What Counts It only counts if it is finished: live, sent or published, out where a customer can see it. Started does not count. Things that count: build and launch an app, finish and ship a funnel, launch an offer page, run a live class, publish a course module. Content counts too, but a week of content is one finished thing, and it takes 5 to 7 pieces that week. ~ Ten posts in ten weeks is not ten things. Things you started before October 22 count if you finish them during the challenge. One project counts as one thing, even if it turns into many pieces. ~ Keep It Live Do not post things to get credit and then take them down. What goes live needs to stay live through the end of the challenge. A finished thing is not a trophy on a shelf. Keep feeding it: share the page, send people to the funnel, keep the app running. That is how your wins turn into business. If something you got credit for goes down, post the reason in your win post. If a win goes down with no explanation, you entry is disqualified, have more than 3 "FAKE WINS" and YOU ARE OUT !!! ~ How A Win Gets Counted Every finished thing gets its own post in the Wins category, following the format in the How To Post A Win post. No post, no count. Every win needs proof: a link, a screenshot, or a short video showing it is live. I review the Wins every week and comment COUNTED on the ones that qualify. Only wins marked COUNTED go toward the T-shirt and the prize. ~ Staying Accountable Every Monday, post what you are finishing that week in the Weekly Plan thread. Every finished thing gets its own post in the Wins category. Here is the format, so every win looks the same and gets counted fast. Title: Win number, then what you finished. For example: "Win 3: Launched my coaching offer page" In the post, three short parts: 1. What I finished: one or two sentences on what it is and who it is for. 2. Proof: the link, a screenshot, or a short video showing it is live. 3. What I learned: one thing you would tell someone about to do the same. For a week of content, post one win with links or screenshots of all 5 to 7 pieces from that week. Once I comment COUNTED on your post, it goes on your scoreboard.
