When I'm low, I just put on some music and hit the gym. Gym really helps me bring up the mental and physical energy in me
Exercise: Your 2 biggest needs right now

1. Growth : I want to tap my fullest potential in fitness, income, and personality development 2. Uncertainty: I want to travel the best places in the world, learn MMA, Surfing, hunting.
Exercise: Effort spectrum
What is a product/idea you didn't buy because: 1. It sounded too good to be true. 2. It sounded too difficult.

I didn’t buy as it was : 1. Too good to be true : It was a hair removal powder which was just supposed to be mixed with water and applied for few minutes and it removed hair so well. And the company, product cover claimed that it was a completely organic and chemical free product. Sounded pretty weird to believe 2. Too difficult : I tried to understand stocks and trading. Understanding how to trade is a process of years where one gathers experience, invests and learns from the loses. Reads books on investments, understands the global market, keeps himself updated about the global economy. Too difficult to do this when you are already working as a professional in some other field. So I never bought stocks/ trades.
Exercise: Resistance spectrum
Think of a time you bought something where the closer did a really good job in pushing you but not too much to buy the thing.

I remember when I was applying for a mentorship programme and I was concerned about the credibility of the programme since it had a high fees structure and it was totally online, the closer told me that perhaps, ‘his organisation is the one that was taking a bet on me, for such low subscription price and giving me a chance to prove myself as a potential student and member of their programme. Since they had place for only motivated and quality students in their programme.’ This knack of the closer really made me feel the need to join the mentorship programme and gave me a sense of missing out on an opportunity. And even though the amount was big, I still managed to say yes to that deal and signed up.
