Trying to close a deal! We had a P&S on a local deal but our offer was not taken. Tough to determine the best criteria for offers! Asking, over asking, inspection, no inspection, or inspection but no action unless inspection reveals more than $10k in work. We are cash buyers so really no barrier to close just trying to get the right offer on the right deal
