DAY TWO: Let’s Clear Something Up
What Actually Needs You Automation has gotten a bad reputation. People talk about it like it’s complicated, cold, or impersonal. But at its core: “Automation is a remembering for you.” Think about how much energy you spend remembering things. Not doing them — remembering them. - Remembering to reply - Remembering what to send after someone books - Remembering what you promised - Remembering where people should go next - Remembering to follow up - Remembering to post - Remembering what you already said last week That mental load is exhausting, especially for women who naturally carry a lot of responsibility. Automation steps in right there. Not to replace you or make things robotic. But to hold the memory so you don’t have to. That’s it. Yesterday, you noticed what feels heavy. Today, we’re not fixing it. We’re just separating you from what you’ve been carrying. There are things in your business that only you can do. Your voice. Your presence. Your discernment. Some things don’t need you at all; they need a place to live. My Mom used to say, everything has its place. And then there are things you’ve been holding onto out of habit, not necessity. Take a few minutes and write three loose lists: • Things that truly require you • Things that could happen without you being present • Things you may no longer need to do at all No tools. No decisions. No pressure. This is not about efficiency; it's more about respect. Like, respect for your time, your energy, and your attention. If you notice even one thing you don’t need to carry anymore, that’s enough for today. You might feel relief today. Or resistance. Both are information. Sit with it. Come back tomorrow, and let's continue on. There's a breakthrough coming!
