I'm so excited and deeply grateful that I just had to share this with you all. A huge thank you to Braja, Rituu and everyone at the Academy. I've learned so much over the past couple of weeks that I now feel ready to truly help my friend create a life she loves! 💛 How did I find my first pro bono client? It happened quite naturally. I've been meeting a friend regularly for coffee, accompanying her through some big life changes. Our conversations have always helped her reflect, but I often wished I could do more for her. I had told her before how much coaching had helped me in my own transformation, and when I shared two weeks ago that I was becoming a coach myself, she said right away: "Wonderful, then you can coach me!" I hesitated at first, but I'm so glad I said yes as this has motivated me to learn so much in intensive training sessions, self-study and peer-coachings over the last few weeks. I'm thrilled that I'm now ready to help my friend build deeper self-awareness and discover her own possibilities and potential. Watching her light up during our session filled me with such gratitude. It's beyond words. 💛 So please, go for it! Be brave! There are so many people out there, friends and acquaintances, who are waiting for the support we can give as coaches. ✨

Tomorrow we begin our Career Coach Certification Intensive — a 2-day live training plus 3 weeks of practice and implementation. One of the biggest challenges people face is feeling stuck in work that no longer fits them. They may be successful on paper, but deep down they know they want more meaning, more purpose, and work that actually brings them to life. That’s why career coaching is such a valuable skill. You can use it as your main niche, or add it to your existing coaching toolbox so you can help clients make better decisions about their career, vocation and future. Imagine someone saying: “I hate my job.” “I feel stuck.” “I know I’m meant for something more.” “I just don’t know what to do next.” And instead of simply listening, you actually have the coaching skills, frameworks and confidence to help them create a real path forward. That is what we’ll be learning. We start tomorrow — 3 October On 3–4 October, we’ll spend around 4 hours each day learning and practising: - powerful career coaching frameworks - live coaching demonstrations - practical coaching breakouts - tools you can use immediately with real clients By the end of the two days, you won’t just understand career coaching. I want to share something I’m beginning to develop. As the Life You Love community grows, I’m planning to create a deeper pathway for a small group of coaches to become official Life Mastery Method Master Coaches. This would be for coaches who want to go beyond general coaching skills and train more deeply in the Life Mastery Method™ — the work I’m developing around helping people create transformation in the areas that matter most: meaningful work, relationships, well-being, freedom, purpose, identity, and the life they truly want to live. The vision is that these coaches would train directly with me, develop a much deeper level of transformational coaching mastery, and eventually become eligible to coach people inside the Life You Love community as it grows. This is not open yet. Right now, I’m simply beginning to identify the coaches who may feel genuinely called to this work in the future. The pathway I’m envisioning would include things like: - Deeper training in the complete Life Mastery Method™ - Direct training and mentoring with me - Advanced transformational coaching practice - Supervised experience applying the method with real people - A pathway toward becoming an official Life Mastery Method Master Coach - The possibility of coaching clients within the Life You Love ecosystem as the community grows I’m imagining this being a relatively small group of coaches who really resonate with the philosophy, the method, and the kind of transformation we want to create. So for now, there’s nothing to buy and nothing you need to decide.
