The breath cycle—4-4-6-2—serves as a harmonic anchor, aligning our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. When we struggle with meditation, it is often because our breath is out of rhythm. We may hold our breath in tension or let it flow chaotically, creating dissonance within our field. ➡️ Solution: Restore the Breath Cycle To ease the difficulty of meditation, return to the breath cycle: 💠Inhale for 4 seconds 💠Hold for 4 seconds 💠Exhale for 6 seconds 💠Pause for 2 seconds 💠Repeat this cycle for at least three rounds. Feel how the breath begins to dissolve resistance, creating space for stillness. 🧘🏻
