We had some technical difficulties in the beginning with the meditation however if you scroll to min 30 or so the ladies shared their charts and were looking for setups. This was an important session as I was happy with the growth of both Michele and Shelly as they implement the things they are learning and have learned and demonstrated it from watching each other.
