I got a late start, but after my first workout I can already feel something happening! I’ve been working out for years and never saw real definition in my arms, no matter how consistent I was. After doing my first session yesterday, I was surprised by how clear and easy the instructions were — everything was simple to follow, and I finally felt the burn in the right places. I’m excited to keep going because this is the first time I’ve felt real progress.
