DAY 7: 20MIN MOBILITY
Welcome to Day 7! Today, we’re slowing things down with 20 minutes of mobility work designed to help your body move, stretch, and recover. Mobility is an important part of your fitness journey. It can help improve flexibility and range of motion, reduce stiffness, and prepare your body for future workouts. Move slowly and with control, breathe deeply, and never force your body into an uncomfortable position. This workout is not about speed or intensity—it’s about giving your body the care and attention it needs. Recovery is still progress, and today’s movement still counts! Show up, take your time, and continue becoming One Day Better. When you complete Day 7, in the comments tell us how your body feels afterward! One Network. One Journey. One Day Better.

THE WEEK’S VIDEOS MAY BE DONE, BUT THE JOURNEY CONTINUES!
You completed the final workout video for the week, great job! But remember, just because there isn’t a new video over the weekend doesn’t mean the work stops. Keep your body moving! Take a walk, stretch, dance, ride a bike, or repeat one of this week’s workouts. It doesn’t have to be intense, what matters is staying active and committed to yourself. Rest when your body needs it, but don’t lose your momentum. The week may end, but the journey doesn’t stop! Let’s keep becoming One Day Better! Comment below and tell us how you plan to move your body this weekend!
