Dog Foot Prints
I have a dog named Mollie. She is a Feist. Her breed is known for chasing squirrels and letting me know when anyone or an animal is approaching the house. I work in the Mountains of North Carolina where black bears are active so her job is to warn me of any dangers. One day a black bear was getting into the trash that was in the back of my van. She ran after the bear and scared it off and ran back to the house. Later that night the homeowner sent me pictures of Mollie's foot prints all over the couch! I missed it. I thought it was actually funny, but once I told the story, everyone was laughing! Professional Point: Do the walkthrough and consider your safety!

No Room for Error
In the world of Airbnb cleaning, there is absolutely no room for error. The cleaning, organizing, staging, stocking must be perfect every time. This type of cleaning is not residential cleaning where you are cleaning around a homeowners "stuff". Airbnb's are considered "hospitality" in business so the standards are set high. In our courses and community you will learn the difference between the two industries standards. We hope you join our community and learn how to grow and develop a 5-Star Cleaning Business.

Traveling
I have had the privilege of working in an industry that affords me to travel. In my 20’s I made decisions on what I wanted to do and have always stayed true to myself so it’s been a journey of struggle, growth, and adjustments. I love my life and I love the freedom that goals and opportunities offer .

My latest is an Airbnb cleaning, hosting, and maintenance business. I’ve taken a lot of what I’ve learned and wrote a book and sell some of my content to help others
Host or Cleaner?
Whether you are a host or a cleaner the only thing that matters are the reviews. If you are getting consistent reviews, congratulations. If not, ask for them. In private message or on the communication thread. They are that important. You need constant feedback on what you are doing well and what needs improvement. This is how you grow and develop long term.

Why Housekeeping?
Way back in my day the kids were required to clean up after the adults. We were expected to keep the house clean and do "chores". To have an outsider in your house was considered "sketchy". That was 40 years ago. Today people look to cleaning companies to do what they either won't or can't. Our skill set is in high demand and with the number of boomers growing there is so much opportunity for each of us to work with our strengths. Not every "cleaner" is skilled in cleaning. Work with what you do best. For some it might be organizing. For others maybe doing laundry. Marketing your strengths is what I think Jeremiah 29-11-14 is referring too. His plan for us is to give each of us gifts that prosper us in a personal way. It turns into our purpose and how we serve each other. Make every day, every task, every moment count towards your very best!
