🙋‍♀️ Does Every Post Feel Like a Sales Pitch?
You open Skool, ready to post something. You KNOW you need to be more visible. But the only thing you can think to talk about is your offer. Again. And you can almost hear yourself thinking, "Ugh. I don't want to be that person who's always selling something!" Sound familiar? 😂 Here's something I love about Posting for Profit. Attention posts invite people into a conversation about something they care about. Action posts invite people to take the next step with you. Imagine you're a business coach asking, "What's one task you'd happily NEVER do again if someone else could take it off your plate?" People have stories about THAT! And when it's time to invite people to your delegation workshop, that's a different post with a different purpose. Which feels harder for you: finding something worth talking about or inviting people to your offer?

🦋 Knowing What to Post Is One Thing…
Actually putting it into practice? That's another story! 😂 Maybe you're GREAT at talking about your offers. You've got your links ready, you know what you're selling and you're happy to invite people to buy. But starting conversations that get people interested in what you do? That's a little harder. Or maybe you're the person who LOVES starting conversations. You can ask questions, share ideas and get people talking all day long! But when it's time to help people see the value of what you offer and invite them to take the next step… You hesitate. And then there's everything in between! That's one of the reasons I love the Posting for Profit cycle. 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 — Get people talking. 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 — Share something valuable. 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗥𝗘 — Help people recognize the value of what you offer. 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 — Invite people to take the next step. Each stage has a different purpose, and learning how to use all four helps us become more intentional about how we're showing up in our communities. But knowing the framework doesn't automatically mean you know how to apply it to YOUR business. You might understand exactly what an Interest post is supposed to accomplish and still sit there staring at a blank post box! That's why I'm including LIVE group coaching in our VIP membership inside KINGDOM PEACE & PROSPERITY. Every four weeks, on a Tuesday, we'll get together for a hot-seat-style VIP Coaching Call. Bring the post you're struggling to write. Bring the offer you're trying to promote. Bring the question about which stage of the cycle you should be focusing on. You'll have access to me LIVE, and we'll work through real situations together so you can figure out what to do next. And if you can't attend live? You'll still have the opportunity to submit your questions in our VIP Q&A thread so I can address them during the call! I love that we can learn from each other's questions and challenges, too. Because sometimes someone else's hot seat is exactly what helps something click for you!

Lisa, I love that you're giving people a place to bring their actual posts and questions! There's such a difference between understanding an idea and sitting down to put it into practice. Hot seats are a wonderful opportunity to learn from one another. Sometimes hearing someone else work through a challenge helps us recognize something in our own situation that we hadn't considered. You're giving people room to learn AND do, and I love that!

😍 Your Favourite Communities Deserve to Be Found!
Have you ever recommended a Skool community in a comment, only to have that conversation disappear down the feed a few days later? I have! 😂 And that's one of the things I wanted to change when we started building the Kingdom Yellow Pages. There are some WONDERFUL communities on Skool, led by people who are pouring their hearts into helping others. But finding them isn't always easy. And when you recommend one to a friend, that recommendation usually reaches just a handful of people. I want our recommendations to keep working long after we've shared them! 💗 That's why we're building a public directory where Christian business owners can share the communities they know and appreciate. 📒 Each community gets its own listing under Health, Wealth or Relationships. 📒 Each contributor gets a White Pages profile that links to ALL their recommendations. 📒 And the whole directory is open to anyone online! Someone could discover a community you recommended weeks or even months ago. And they could discover YOU through that recommendation, too! 🎉 I love that we're creating something where helping someone else get discovered can also help people get to know us. And you don't have to join anything to start exploring! 💗 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗬𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘! I'd love to know which Skool community you've discovered that more people deserve to know about!

😍 When a Conversation Takes an Unexpected Turn…
You're chatting with someone in a Skool community about rabbit holes. You know how it goes. 😂 One person shares something funny, someone else tells a story, and before long you're talking about something completely different. Then someone mentions a problem they've been having in their business. And you realize… "Hang on. This is EXACTLY what I help people with!" Now comes the awkward part. You're enjoying this conversation. You're getting to know someone. And you're not even in your own community! Do you mention what you do? Invite them to check out your community? Or keep chatting and hope they eventually discover that you could help them? I LOVE how this connects with the conversation we've been having about Attention and Action posts! Something that has come up as I’ve talked with people about this was how naturally conversations can flow, while making an invitation sometimes takes a little more courage. And here's something else worth thinking about… If we're only posting and disappearing, we're missing so much of what makes Skool valuable. The really interesting connections often happen when we're reading, commenting, responding and following conversations wherever they lead. That's one of the things I love about the Posting for Profit approach we're practicing inside 𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗗𝗢𝗠 𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗘 & 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 It gives us four different ways to show up: 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 ~ Start conversations people actually want to join. 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 ~ Share something useful that helps people get to know you and your expertise. 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗥𝗘 ~ Help people recognize the value of what you offer. 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 ~ Give people an opportunity to take the next step. And I love that there's room for ALL of this! Sometimes you're intentionally introducing people to your business. Sometimes you're teaching something valuable. And sometimes you're just enjoying a conversation about rabbit holes when an opportunity to help someone comes up completely unexpectedly! Learning to recognize those opportunities and make invitations that feel natural is part of what we're practicing together.

Lisa, I love this! ❤️ Isn't it funny how some of the best conversations start out having absolutely nothing to do with business? 😂 I think sometimes we make invitations harder than they need to be. When someone shares something they're struggling with, and we genuinely know we can help, there's nothing wrong with saying so. It's the difference between jumping into a conversation to sell something and recognizing an opportunity to help someone you've already connected with. And sometimes a conversation about rabbit holes is just a conversation about rabbit holes. Those matter, too! 😂❤️
