Day 11 - Day 11- IPR - Embodied Congruence: When Your Inner Truth
Day 11 — Day 11- IPR - Embodied Congruence: When Your Inner Truth Becomes Behavior Takeaway: Day 11 is where everything you’ve uncovered in Days 1–10 becomes visible through action. Today is about matching our choices, tone, boundaries, and behavior to the truth our body already knows. Activation — Somatic Alignment Scan Drop into your body and notice: - Where our “yes” lives - Where our “no” tightens - Where our “not yet” whispers Prompt: “Where did my body say no yesterday that my mouth said yes?” Explore: somatic alignment Micro‑Integrity Self‑trust is built through small acts of alignment. Examples: - Saying “I need a moment” - Choosing the honest tone instead of the polite one - Adjusting a boundary by 10% Explore: micro‑integrity Exercise — The Congruence Audit List three things: - What I think - What I feel - What I do Then identify where they diverge. Prompt: “Where am I performing instead of expressing?” And If I am expressing, am I expressing full out or am I being lukewarm? Explore: congruence audit

Day 13 - Day 13 - IPR - Repatterning Our Internal Dialogue
Day 13 - Day 13 - IPR - Repatterning Our Internal Dialogue Day 13 - Recommendation — “Repatterning Your Internal Dialogue” Core Exercise: The Internal Dialogue Audit Identify our dominant micro‑thoughts Spend 10 minutes writing down the small, fast thoughts that show up during your day—especially around work, relationships, or self‑expectations. 1. These are often subtle: “I hope I don’t mess this up,” “I’m behind,” “I should be further along.” Categorize each thought 2. Sort them into: - Fear‑based - Control‑based - Doubt‑based - Self‑protective - Self‑expansive - Rewrite our internal script (If necessary) For each category, create a new subconscious line as our replacement pattern. 3. Examples: - Fear → “I move with clarity and grounded confidence.” - Doubt → “I trust my ability to respond to anything that arises.” - Control → “I allow things to unfold without forcing outcomes.” Install the new script somatically Read each new line slowly while breathing into your diaphragm. 4. The goal is to make the new language felt, not just written. Integration Practice for the Day - Morning: Repeat your new script for 3 minutes while standing in a grounded posture. - Midday: Catch one old micro‑thought and replace it immediately. - Evening: Journal one moment where your new internal dialogue shifted your behavior or emotional tone. Optional Expansion Recommendation for Day 13 - Create a personalized “identity mantra” - Develop a subconscious anchor gesture - Build a 7‑second reset for stressful moments

@Leona Hass this is true. In the way back machine, i took a course on "teaching courses". lol And one thing that really stuck with me is that the average person needs to be exposed to information 3 times for it to sink in. So generally, Read / Hear it Write it down Say it. The facilitator used to say, when teaching class do 3 things: 1 Tell them what you are going to tell them. 2 Tell them. 3 Tell them what you just told them.

Day 10: Day 10 - IPRT - Integration through our body
The Focus for Day 10: Integration Through the Body Your subconscious accepts change fastest when it’s paired with physical reinforcement. Today is about anchoring your insights into your breath, posture, tone, and presence. Key concepts you may want to explore deeper: - somatic grounding - embodied alignment - nervous system regulation - Morning Embodiment Ritual A 10–12 minute practice that connects breath, posture, and identity. Purpose: to signal to your subconscious, this is who I am now. If you want a full script: Morning Embodiment Ritual Identity Rehearsal Speak aloud the version of you that has emerged over Days 1–9. Purpose: vocal repetition deepens subconscious acceptance. For guidance: Identity Rehearsal Somatic Anchoring Exercise Choose one physical cue—hand on chest, grounding stance, intentional breath—that becomes your “alignment trigger.” Purpose: create a reliable physiological signal for steadiness. Get a structured exercise: Somatic Anchoring Micro‑Embodiment Moments Throughout the day, reinforce your identity through small actions: - Slowing your breath before responding - Adjusting posture before making a decision - Speaking from your center instead of urgency For a list of options: Micro‑Embodiment Moments Why Day 10 Matters - It converts breakthroughs into habits - It stabilizes your nervous system around your new identity - It strengthens self‑trust through consistent action - It marks the transition from doing the work to being the work
