REPLAY: Blue moon movement session
On Sunday, we completed a Blue Moon Reset Movement session and recorded the experience. This practice offered an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and create space for reflection and renewal. Movement can be a powerful way to release tension, increase awareness, and support overall wellbeing. Taking time to pause and reset helps us return to ourselves with greater clarity, balance, and intention. I'm grateful for the opportunity to explore this practice and look forward to continuing to integrate mindful movement into my self-care routine.

REPLAY: Sunday decompression reset
This was a guided new moon meditation session, focusing on letting go of old patterns and creating space for new intentions. Sesh guided participants through a three-part process involving identifying what to release, what they're no longer available for, and what their next chapter should feel like. The session included breathing exercises, movement work, and a guided visualization where participants connected with the energy of the new moon to support their release process. She emphasized the importance of being present and willing to let go of old identities and patterns that no longer serve them, encouraging participants to trust their own inner wisdom and support themselves rather than waiting for external validation. Post session steps: Spend time over the next few days grounding and releasing energy by standing barefoot on the ground, getting sunshine and/or moonlight, and connecting with nature. Consider taking an Epsom salt foot bath or bath to support the release of tension and to further ground the body. Reflect on the three journaling questions What am I ready to release? What am I no longer available for? What do I want my next chapter to feel like? Engage in self-care practices such as cacao, gentle movement, or other nurturing activities like grounding to support integration of the session.
