Sometimes the greatest victories come from simply remaining faithful. Keep praying. Keep trusting. Keep showing up. How you feel about yourself and talk to yourself affects everything you believe, think and do. Notice how you talk to yourself. Would you talk like that to your best friend, just a friend, enemy?? Worst enemy?? Noticing is the first step. Watch it then. Don’t judge it, just notice. When you shine the light on something you cannot insee it… only change it, if you don’t like it. Cuz EVERYTHING can be changed. It’s natural. The only thing constant is the change. Cuz how you do one thing is how you do everything. Your emotional health, physical health, spiritual health are equally important. One is slightly off - guaranteed the rest are. Where in your life you are playing the waiting game, the blaming game, the excuses game? What about YOU? Where is YOU? You have a life to live! There are always layers… if you look for it, I promised you, you will find it! Ask and you shall receive.
