Can't Sell House (any ideas?)
This search term, according to Google and Yahoo? Has just surpassed the search volume from 2008. Can't Sell House We remember '08? HOW do we all not only benefit from this, but help the homeowners doing the search? I have a sneaky lil' idea, we ALL could use, BUT this place needs activity please?!?! COMMENT your thoughts👇

A somewhat free and easy method would be using Claude Code (or another ai coder) to build a one page website with optimized SEO, giving your site the best chance at showing up on the first page of the Google results. For paid google ads “Can’t sell house” will be very competitive. So you can add more niche terms like specific cities, zip codes, and types of motivation to lower cost per click. For example: “Can’t sell house foreclosure Naples”

WAIT, not so fast Jay… because the property is scheduled for public auction w/in 30 days from now, Auction.com totally HIJACKS the listing! Zillow: “Sorry, this property is ALREADY listed for sale.” Say whaaaaaaaaa❓ Hijacking Exposed! EZ FIX: went to Auction dot com’s site, and Chatted with an agent and request they remove the listing and BINGO, auction removed in 48hrs.

We'll find out, but if it does, that's $9,000 for Don, same for me. . . .and Don will get his check or Wire, sent right to him from closing. @Don K , HOW many text messages did it take to land this one? 68? 109? ONE. Don sent her ONE message, then I took over and lock'd it down today. We still gotta get a Buyer and get it closed, but the #s look good. Is he celebrating yet? Nope. $750+ per House, Even If There's NO Deal, NO Buyer or Closing?
Real Estate 'ain't EZ. 😖 A few of you, are seeing that. I gave up once, got a J.O.B. (sucked). Giving up your dream to 'swap Hours for Dollars, hit me hard. Some of you feel that. With this group, I've tried to strip away all the areas I struggled, so you don't have to. I failed. Do I quit? Toss in the ole towel? 🏳️ NOT a chance. Breakdowns turn into Breakthroughs! 💡 Those LEADS you have, you've been working are worth $750 to $1,500, EACH. Even if they're DEAD. HOW, you say? CA$H-for-Keys 🔑=💲 When a homeowner has tried everything to save their home, and nuttin's workin'. . . they can request a Cash for Keys agreement. Lenders pay, depending on how far away from the auction, how valuable the property and a few other factors, but they PAY! $1,000 to $10,000 ($10k is rare, but not on homes worth a milly +) These lil' PayDays, are last resort, yeah, but EZ to setup, even from your fave COMFY chair! YOU have any leads, or know of any homes eventually heading to foreclosure? ONLY 38,840 last month (according to Attom's Feb. report) Their worth 30 HOURS at that J.O.B. of yours.
