Where do yall scrape qualified leads where you get the owners name and phone number relatively cheap( under 100$/m), apollo is a great option but to expensive when it exceeds 1000s of leads. im running into landlines and voips 70% of my dials with leads i scraped of google maps

By TCPA and CRIA law youre required to put an opt out message when contacting businesses, even if youre first message isnt a direct marketing but more personal, im curious how you guys are handling it? Because the fines for this is up to 1000 us dollars per message
