Ever heard of Yuka?
Yuka is an app (unsponsored) that scans for hazardous ingredients in food. It’s free, and has articles linking to studies proving why these chemicals are hazardous for various reasons. From increased risk of heart disease and cancer, to adhd and anxiety disorders. I don’t know why these chemicals are in our food but luckily there’s an app to help avoid them!
