Can a man be strong and vulnerable at the same time?
I used to think masculine strength meant controlling emotions. But perhaps real strength is being able to feel deeply without being controlled by what we feel.

✨ GIVEAWAY TO OUR DEAR SEEKERS ✨
(DAY -3 Task is live, scroll down to find)👇 We’re starting something special from today ❤️ For the next 14 days, I’ll be sharing one powerful Tantra practice each day. These are simple, but if you actually do them, you’ll start noticing a shift in how you feel, how you connect, and how present you are. This is not about doing it perfectly. This is about showing up honestly. How it works: After you do the daily practice, come back and share your experience in the group. It can be a photo, a small note, or just how you felt. Do this consistently for 14 days. At the end, we’ll choose 5 people who showed up with sincerity and consistency: ❤️ 1 person gets the Tantra Club Course for free ❤️ 2 people get 50% off ❤️ 2 people get 30% off This is not about who performs the best. It’s about who is actually present in the process. Day 1 Practice ❤️ Today is about feeling instead of thinking. Take 5 minutes for yourself. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly. Now slow your breath down slightly.Inhale… feel your chest expand.Exhale… feel your body soften. After a few breaths, bring your full attention to your hands. Don’t imagine. Don’t analyze. Just feel. The warmth of your hand. The movement of your breath. The subtle sensations in your body. Stay with this for 5 minutes. At the end, ask yourself one simple question: “Did I actually feel my body… or was I still in my head?” That awareness itself is the beginning of Tantra. Come back and share what you experienced ❤️ Let’s do this together. Lets see who wins!

I did the practice for 5 minutes. At first my mind was busy with thoughts, but after a while I noticed my breathing and felt more relaxed. It was interesting to focus on my body instead of my thoughts.
