Could anybody book there free 1-1 coaching call ? I'm having trouble finding availability on the calendar.

Hey Brandon, thanks for watching the free course and sorry for the confusion. We actually don’t offer the Dispatch Coaching calls anymore since not enough people were showing up. Instead, Gurpreet now runs a live Q&A call inside the private community every Saturday where students can get direct help. We’ll be updating the free course videos soon so it’s clearer going forward. What am I doing wrong?
I signed up for the truk.ai app and can't accessed. Tried dispatcherunivesity.com App.truk.ai and some other combinations and couldn't sign in. What am I doing wrong?

Hey Ernesto, you should've gotten a confirmation email to set up your username and password, then you access through https://app.truk.ai

Truk AI: Domain, Email & Phone Number
Question: After reviewing this video, it showed how to create a new domain and purchase it on Truk AI, but is it more difficult to use a domain and phone number that you already have and prefer to use?

@Carla Mitchell it depends. Truk AI integration may be a slower process vs purchasing in the software itself. We do not recommend PO boxes, definitely get a virtual address for your business!

Can someone tell me if you had too pay twice 97 dollars because I just had another 97 dollars for truck ai please if Ian doing something wrong

Hey Charlotte, you will pay $97 to join the paid community, and an additional $97 for Truk AI. Since you already finished the free course, you can switch your community to Dispatcher University and start the course in the Classroom tab. Let me know if you need additional assistance!
