Raising my price. Been sitting at the same number for 4 months and I keep finding reasons to wait. This week I’m just doing it.
Let’s Talk About Pricing
Pricing is the one decision that affects everything else in your coaching business — who you attract, how many clients you need to hit your income target, and how you show up on a sales call. Most coaches either underprice because they’re scared, or pick a number based on what someone else is charging. Neither is a strategy. A few things I want to get into: — What are you currently charging per month for 1:1 online coaching? — Do you feel that number is right — too high, too low, or where it should be? — What’s actually stopped you from charging more? Be specific with the numbers. No judgment here.

Charging $280/month. Feels low but every time I think about raising it I talk myself out of it. Clients seem happy but I need 18 of them to hit my income goal which isn’t sustainable.

B for me but it’s inconsistent — some months it works, some months nothing.
