genuinely what worked for me was avoiding blue light switch to red 2 hrs before sleeping, deep breathes before sleeping, and lastly sleep w one foot out of your covers ( don’t ask why this works but I saw this dude in the comments explain it sort of like a natural thermometer for your body and I tried it and have been sleeping like a Bebe )
is there any methods to boost my height ? (anything other than surface level info) all my family members have grown since they were 13 yrs old but I’m stuck at 5’5 at 15 and have grown an inch in a year 💀
@Volker Volker lifting too heavy weights isn’t really affecting height tbh my brother are heavy squatter and deadlifters didn’t really stunt their growth, stress is something im minimizing at the moment im starting to meditate while listenting to natural sounds and minimizing screen time, as for raw milk 🥛 I don’t really have a source but I’ll find one soon .
