Question
What part of GrowthWorks gave you the biggest clarity breakthrough?

The 3-row 9 module framework concept really helped me a lot. Also, the OPTIN framework. That really helped me to understand SOP creation, and how to use it to plan out and simplify a normally complex beast of a system!

@Vance Shimley yeah. I don't know if I've ever seen anything that explained SOPs in as clear a way as Aaron describes them. It makes a huge cognitive difference when assessing larger concepts and ideas.
I finally finished my 9-module system framework
I have been a member of this community for a long time (5-6+ years?), and a paid client for his top-end coaching program (coached by Matt), and have always had limited time to create the complete framework -- likely because I was focused on getting cash in first, and I was trying to skip steps! Lucky for me, I had some downtime over the last 5 or 6 months as a full-time student, and I used it to create the master framework and the dependency modules and rows. from the 60+ text documents that I created over the last 6 months, I created this document as a downloadable PDF for an optin, which will hopefully land me 1 or 2 booked appointments per day (remember, I'm part-time agency owner). I have completed a 4-post article series, a 6-email ascension email sequence and the script for the AA video as well. It will all need to be tweaked, I am sure, when I get all the copy finished and together. **Please review and give me honest feedback.** I want to know if the copy in the PDF is clear, and if it makes sense. If someone were to listen to my AA video and read the PDF, would they understand clearly what it is I do, and how I use the framework to drive real, measurable results, instead of the fluff everyone else is offering? target market: founders & executives of service based businesses over $1M revenue and 10 employees product: direct response agency services (no group coaching); Local, offline LLM RAG server for company-wide use. what's next: record the AA video, build the AA page, wire up MailerLite (free) to my emails and the automations for my drip + newsletter email/content marketing plan, link everything up (the link in the PDF goes to nowhere right now), run a few hundred bucks worth of ads to my blog post (soon to be published) relevant training modules: #The Authority Amplifier Clinic #Module 1:Perfect Offer Introduction & Downloads

@Rob Hoerntlein no Matt has not been my coach for 5 years. This is my framework, which is based on the advice in Aaron's courses. Matt was an implementation coach for Aaron. The products and services I sell live within this framework, and the framework increases the effectiveness for each of them

@Josh Gauthier this is one thing of many. I built out the tools, SOPs, targeting, messaging, voice, the optins, and frameworks first (60+ tools and 18 brand/framework docs). I'm sorry if it appeared that I only produced one thing in those 5 years, that wasn't my intention at all. I have not been active on this software or group consistently. Today, I produce roughly 3 to 5 new assets per week, not including the software side, which is constant. If i could speak to me 5 years ago, I would challenge myself to keep iterating, drafting, changing, updating my docs until I can get the clarity that I have today. What does your offer look like?

at first, it was that everything needed to be perfect. then later, it became, it doesn't need to be perfect (so I started to skip foundational steps, because I felt that I knew better).

@Vance Shimley 100% ! Self-doubt is something fierce in my own brain.
I turned the Roadmap into a Book
I thought I would share my latest experiment with GrowthWorks Road Map. I've changed tactic in my business from building an online course back to one on one therapy just so I can get some dollars flowing. I had a thought one day, if the road map moves clients through their journey for a course, it must be able to do the same for personal therapy, so I built another road map for Phobias and Fears. I loved the map so much, all the stages and the steps within the stages, I thought "why can't I turn this into a book"... I got ChatGPT to expand on all the questions that built the map and now I have a 60 page ebook that I'm using as my lead magnet. Check it out at www.innersolutions.net.au

very cool @Joanne Sanders ! That book could be a very good asset if you can get it professionally designed and/or use a template in Canva to help you lay it out in a cohesive and beautiful way for your target audience.

@Valerie K Miller oh I see what you mean!
With your guidance
With your valuable guidance, I have managed to set up my first online course on Bewley Academy (on Skool)! It has been quite a task in the making, but at least the first one is complete now. Will keep watching your vids as they are sooooo darned cool! Oops, sorry. I left a link to my own group - have deleted it as I realise now most of the groups don't allow self-promos. Please forgive me?
