The Green Latifa workshop at Mandali, taught by Emilio Mercuriali gave me more insights into my own way of being in a caring and loving relationship with myself. Looking at myself with loving eyes and learning to deal with my Super-Ego has given me an opportunity to approach myself and my relationships in a different way than before. Having the opportunity to share my story with others gave me a deeper insight and a different understanding of my previous reaction patterns, which has given me more compassion towards myself in relation to previous challenging relationships. I can warmly recommend attending The Green Latifa if you want new insights and a more loving approach to yourself 💚
