Retooling Power Hour
I've taken all future Power Hours off the schedule so y'all don't get spammed with notifications. This is just while I figure out what is going to be actually workable for me and my body going forward.

@Kristin Lindsley Healing is a journey and not a linear one. The contrast of the valleys makes the highs of the mountain tops that much better! Loving our bodies and thanking our bodies helps us heal. Imani runs a MS/autoimmune group. I wanted to share with you. https://www.skool.com/she-heals-from-within-6164/about?ref=efd5187bfc854a1d95037d72f24cd7fd I am enjoying all I'm learning from her. She has MS herself and understands it. Sending love your way.... 🙏🏼
Emotional fatigue and productivity decay
Since losing my job in August, I've been having a rough time staying consistent with my productivity. I would have a huge spike from the adrenalin of the moment, and then I would crash. As time has gone on, the height of those spikes has dropped, but the frequency of the crashes has stayed the same. I'm reminded of the graph of a vibrating string. The position keeps coming back up, but the magnitude of the curve steadily decays without new energy being put into the system. Just hoping I'm able to make some real progress before it flattens out completely.

I like this visual @John McKellar . Thanks for posting. I've learned through chronic illness that if I push to be productive I crash for days. So I now pace myself and when I feel my body crashing I rest before the crash. This has kept me out of Post Exertional Malaise so I'm able to do more because I'm not needing to be horizontal as much even though I'm doing things at a slower pace. Thanks again! 💫
Power Hour is BACK!
Hello lab rats, I have been home from the hospital for a while now and my symptoms are actually getting better! I attribute this to time l, and much-needed rest. BUT I do miss y’all, and feel quite isolated. This is why I’m bringing pack Power Hour. Nothing else until this change settles in, but I want to open my digital space back up so I can see my lovey friends and get some stuff done with them—mostly doodles on my end. Doodles and rest. I can’t thank you all enough for your patience as I go through this. Y’all are amazing, and I will see you tomorrow at Power Hour as listed on the calendar!

Welcome back! CIC has missed you too! 💛
Short Recovery Break
Hi all, I’m having an MS relapse, so I’m going to get steroids each morning for the next three days, which should help a lot! I say this because I will very likely be hit-or-miss on Power Hours. When I hop on, I’ll post on here so y’all can join!

We're here when you get back. Self care always comes first.
How are y’all?
I’m on the couch this Sunday journaling and reflecting, and I’d love to hear from y’all. What are you struggling with today? Any productivity concerns? I’m happy to advise in this thread.
How are y’all?
