1. Who are you - personally and professionally? I am an LPC, working at a private practice in Port Washington, WI. 2. What type of counseling do you do? I have a psychodynamic approach. I do some EMDR, DBT, and CBT, but am mostly focused on the therapeutic relationship and helping my clients feel safe. 3. Do you have any specializations? I like working with trauma, really digging into how people's past experiences influence who they are now. 4. What is your favorite animal and why? My favorite animal is my goldendoodle named Lana. She's the perfect animal.
