Bio: I am 70 years old and battling obesity and insulin my whole adult life. I have been I have been low carb for almost 7 years, but still obese.

Bio: I grew up in Texas, the 4th of 6 siblings and the only girl. I have lived in Canada for the past 32 years and have 4 grown children. Excited to learn!
