Real talk? I can drop mindset platitudes and inspirational quotes all day long. “Believe in yourself.” “Your thoughts create your reality.” “Manifest the life you want.” And hey—I TRULY believe in all that stuff. Affirmations, mindset shifts, vision boards… they matter. They help. But here’s the truth: they’re not enough. What you really need—what we all need—is this: 👉 Get your sh*t together. 👉 Face your fears. 👉 Do the thing. 👉 Learn from it. 👉 And keep going. Success doesn’t come from the most inspired or the most “aligned.” It comes from the most committed. The most relentless. The ones who show up when it’s hard, messy, inconvenient, or scary—and do the damn work anyway. Yes, your mindset matters. But mindset without movement? Just noise. So if no one’s told you today: You don’t need another platitude. You need a decision. You need a plan. You need to start. And no, it won’t be perfect. But that’s not the point. The point is progress. Let’s be honest—talking about doing the thing and doing the thing are not the same. If you want to be In Good Company with other likeminded committed folks - join us here → https://www.skool.com/ingoodcompany/about - I share all the frameworks, tools and real talk to get and keep you on track. #ProgressOverPerfection #InGoodCompany #GrowthMindset

@Nicole Gallucci love it. just had a recent conversation about strategizing. And I mentioned, the best plan that you do not start to put in action is actually just one piece of paper you wasted. What stood out to me was the comment of a mentee of mine: one of her biggest moments was me seeing adjusting my direction on the go once the original assumptions did not turn out exactly as "planned". You can guess my astonishment that something like "adjust" if needed is even a thing.

Yes, your mindset matters. But mindset without movement? Just noise. --> here I would go even further. it can be a trap, a pretty dark hole to climb in and find yourself a comfortable place there, hiding yourself, yet feeling a false sense of safety.
