I can't create the back cover today. All generations are failing. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Hey everyone, Because of the high Q4 workload, I paused the live calls here in Skool. I want to change that, starting this week. And if you don't want to send one in, come anyway. Watching somebody else's listing get taken apart is usually where you learn the most, because you are not defending anything while you watch. Over the last 3 weeks we worked on 3 big updates, new features and improvements for PublishFlow. You can see and use ALL of them today. The first big new feature I want to talk about today: 🎬 The Video Ads Tool. I already showed a beta version a month ago in a live call. And now it's out for all Pro subscribers! I have been using these exact video ads for my books for months now, with amazing results. Video ads are, at least for me, some of the most efficient ads I run in my account. (Of course, that are my books; ad results always vary.) 💵 Before our AI video ads workflow, I paid $50 for a cheap video ad and $80-100 if I asked a UGC influencer... ...now it's less than $10 per video ad. So feel free to try it out! The tool is now available in Visuals. A couple of weeks ago, I read a post from one of our colleagues here who gave a simple piece of advice: save your content somewhere else because things can disappear. Today I can pass that same advice on from my own experience. Before I continue, I want to say that I really like the Publishing Flow software. I also understand that it is still a relatively new platform, and improvements and adjustments take time. My goal with this post is simply to share a lesson I learned the hard way. For the last two days, I've been having problems with the Visuals Tool. I had a front cover, back cover, and even a completed full cover that I was happy with. They had already gone through several refinements and were exactly what I wanted. The mistake I made was not downloading them. Yesterday, the finalized versions suddenly disappeared. Since then, I have not been able to finalize my covers again. When I click Finalize, the system says the images have been re-finalized, but the green Print Ready label never appears. The covers remain marked with the red Not Finalized status, so I cannot generate the full cover and continue the publishing process. If I had downloaded the finalized versions when I liked them, I could at least have rebuilt the cover myself in Canva. Right now, my publishing process is basically on hold because I cannot finalize my cover and continue my work. I was able to publish the eBook, but I can't finish the paperback or create my A+ Content until this issue is resolved. I'm hoping Publishing Flow can help solve the problem, but meanwhile I wanted to share this lesson with everyone: As soon as you get a front cover, back cover, or full cover that you like, download it immediately and keep a backup copy. It only takes a minute, and it may save you a lot of time and frustration later. Just thought I'd share in case it helps someone avoid the same mistake I made.
