Hello Everyone. I joined a mentorship called WREIN two years ago. Learned alot about REI, but not enough to be really confident. I started out being a PML. Have done 8 deals in the last two years, some good, some bad. I can tell you exactly WHAT NOT TO DO when it comes to lending. I still love this field and keep pushing ahead to learn more. I started buying properties in 2006, and still own those two condos in Beaumont, TX. Have a few other LTRs in Texas, NC, and MI. My goal is to add a few more rentals to our portfolio. I've done some calling to DTA and DTS. I'm trying to hone those skills and get good at wholesaling. I really want to flip something in the OC. I'm retired, so I have a lot of time on my hands and this is my new career. I've left my vocal conducting and musical director abilities behind. Conducting will always be my passion, but now it's on to RE which I've wanted to dive into since 2006. I'm also a Gator. I'd love to gator wrestle as well. I'm a teacher at heart, so whatever I learn, I like to pass on.
