I was interested in LL-37 to help with an infecte wound, but a friend told me that it causes cancer? I looked it up and there was some internet talk of it promoting cancer, but my question is, does it mean that people who have a tumor or cancer shouldn’t take it because it exacerbates what is ALREADY there, or that it actually CAUSES cancer?
