Today was a great day I just closed 2 deals and wanted to share the win with this amazing community! 🙏 Seeing those wires hit never gets old. When assigning the contract, do we the wholesaler pay the closing cost or is that pass to the end buyer.

Good question. I think it goes to the end buyer. There is a way, I believe, that you can tag him somehow and the question will go directly to him.
