Personally, food noise is very much still there for me. What I HAVE noticed though, is instead of sitting through a bag of chips, I can only have 4/5 before I feel full and/disgusting πŸ˜…. No nausea πŸ™πŸ½ but unintentionally eating smaller amounts, which obviously with working out.. is making my clothes fit better!
