Good Morning All
Today is a good day! You may not have planned to, but I encourage you to get up, get out and walk! Don’t worry! I’m encouraging myself as well! Another word of encouragement I have for you. You Always feel good knowing you did something right. Your body feels good afterward, if there are no pre- determined problems. You also feel good that Day 1 is behind you. Hydrate and you you’ll feel even better.

Well I enrolled hubby and I in the gym yesterday. While I was there I circled the track so many times until I was thoroughly exercised. So I’m getting ready for the April 1 walking challenge.
The Trip To The Grocery Store…
I’m at the grocery store to buy groceries. I don’t like to be in here long. I want to know how many know what you want to get and just go, and, if you think its important to plan by writing down what you’re getting? Do you plan your list by meals or what you regularly get to cook whatever you want. I will tell you right now this is not my best activity. I know I don’t get this right. I mainly know what I’m getting and just go, but i’m starting to plan better by creating a list. So i know what i’ll be eating. I’d like to hear from you!!!! Please respond in the community room. Let’s start a conversation!

@Nisana Miller Wow now that’s being organized and creative!
You May Not Be Sick, But Thirsty
You may feel tired, foggy, sluggish, forgetful, or inflamed. It’s easy to assume something is wrong. But what if your body isn’t failing — it’s thirsty? Before you chase another solution, spend a lot of money, or go on a wild goose chase looking for answers, consider this: dehydration can quietly affect energy, memory, mood, digestion, joints, and sleep. The Healing Water Challenge is a simple, structured reset designed to restore what your body may have needed all along — water. If you want it even sharper, here’s a slightly bolder version: You don’t need another supplement. You don’t need another diagnosis. You may just need water. Before you spend more money or run in circles searching for answers, consider the simplest possibility: chronic dehydration. The Healing Water Challenge is your structured reset — a return to the foundation your body was designed to depend on.

It’s amazing how once you overcome the initial process of drinking enough water for your body’s needs the regiment becomes easier to keep up.

“Be honest 😄—what’s the hardest healthy habit to stick with when you’re doing it alone?”

The hardest habit for me is being consistent. Life happens and I find myself caught up with work and forget to eat on time.

@Nisana Miller Yes Nisana it’s amazing how God when he sees our determination to succeed. And all you have to do is show resistance to the temptation and He’s there.
