This only let's me vote for one option, so I chose email. I check my Facebook Messenger most often, but probably that's not most people's choice. Email is my second choice but sometimes I don't get thru it every day, even though I mark yours important
30-Day Reflections: 📚Gospel of Mary Study — Discussion Room
Welcome to the 30-Day Challenge If you are participating fully, this is where you anchor the practice. After reading each day’s passage and completing the soul-sitting: Share one of the following in the comments: • A sentence that stood out to you • A realization about yourself • A pattern you noticed • A question the text raised • A resistance you felt You do not need to impress anyone. You do not need to sound spiritual. You do not need to agree with the text. Something shifts when you put your experience into words. You don’t need to be polished. You don’t need to sound wise. You don’t need to agree with everything. Just be honest. Some days it will feel clear. Some days it will feel confronting. Some days you’ll want to skip. That’s part of it. This isn’t about being perfect for 30 days. It’s about noticing who you are when you stay. Let the reading work on you. Let it unsettle you if it needs to. Let it affirm you if it does. We’re not rushing through this. We’re walking it. And I’m right here with you. Sandi🌹❤ Link back to Course Page

The line that stood out was "It starts with awareness." This is a synchronicity. Spirit is bringing my attention to the need for self awareness as well as awareness of the teaching. The disciples were asking a fairly deep question for simple fishermen and workers. I realize they were trying their best to understand Jesus. I found the use of the word 'Savior' jarring.
When The Noise Gets Too Much to Hold
🌿 30-Day Digital Fast for the Soul Beginning March 5 I’ve been sitting with something. The noise lately has been getting to me.😢 Conspiracy threads. Political chaos. Spiritual “awakening” content everywhere. Everyone urgent. Everyone certain. Everyone reacting. And if I’m honest… it was starting to affect my nervous system. Maybe you’re feeling it too. We’re also in the Lenten season. Even if you don’t practice Lent formally, there’s something about this time of year that naturally invites reflection. Reset. Simplifying. So instead of adding more content to the noise, I want to create something steady. For 30 days, we’re going to walk slowly through the Gospel of Mary — line by line — using the Jean-Yves Leloup translation. This isn’t about religious obligation. It’s about honoring the instinct many of us feel right now to reset. Here’s the invitation: Take the time you would normally spend scrolling social media… and do this instead. 👇 Read a short excerpt. Sit quietly for a few minutes. Journal. Notice your patterns. Practice discernment. Practice listening inward. This is for you so that you can: • Calm your nervous system • Step out of reaction cycles • Reclaim your attention • Strengthen your discernment • Deepen communication with your soul • Understand the psychological depth of Mary’s teachings • Move from consuming content to integrating truth Each day will include: • A short passage from the Gospel • Full explanation and grounded commentary • A simple soul-sitting practice • A journaling prompt • Optional reflection in the comments Participation is optional. But I highly encourage daily engagement — not for performance, but because repetition builds awareness. This is not about perfection. It’s about intention. We’ll close together on Good Friday with a live gathering to reflect and integrate what surfaced. If your system needs something steady right now… If you feel the Lenten reset in your body… If you’re ready to step out of noise and into clarity…
