Hello PREA Army (Supercool name indeed)- After two successful flips in 3 months last year with PREA and our awesome coaches Rick, Pedro and Jag - we decided to take a Sabbatical from GVR real estate and explore the world for our real estate ventures. We have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to travel the world and invest Pan-Canada. We are back in town - Vancouver,BC and eager to connect with like minded people. Below are the projects we overturned in the last year since leaving Vancouver: - Converted a 5 Bedroom Chalet in Mont Tremblant, QC into two separate 3&2Bd Airbnb cash-flowing units. Fully automated the operations and now its on beast mode. - Developed a luxurious Duplex w/legal suites in Edmonton. (Interior finishes stage) - Developed purpose built Triplex rental w/legal suites and Garage suite in Edmonton. (Drywall and Insulation stage). CMHC approved financing at 95% LTV. - Acquired, Rezoned and Designed purpose built 7Plex w/legal suites in Edmonton. Typical land of this size and zone allows for a 4Plex max but our team of superstars were able to negotiate and approve 7Plex. ALso, CMHC approved financing at 95% LTV. - Raising capital for our 130 unit purpose built rental apartment building in Edmonton. CMHC 95% LTV approved project. We have temporarily moved our base in Edmonton given the tremendous success up north.
