I am 90% complete on my DIY direct booking website for one of my rentals and I’m super proud of the result so far! Should be complete by the end of this week. And of course, I’m grateful for the awesome people in this community 👊🏼

Financial trackers
I have been using personal capital / empower for almost a decade now and swear by it. Today I started using a web scraper to grab snapshots and upload them to an ongoing net worth tracker I have. I recently downloaded Monarch money and have been tinkering with it as well Curious what other financial tools people here use

I used to love Mint but they’ve merged with Credit Karma and ruined it. I have QuickBooks Self Employed since some of my transactions are related to the properties but would like a personal budgeting option. How do you like Monarch?

@Alexander Felice FWIW, I didn’t like YNAB’s software. I liked the book though.
